Casablanca

Hi everybody ! Let's talk about one of the famous Moroccan city, Casablanca.

Well, it’s the biggest city of Morocco, bigger than the capital Rabat. This city is very cool because there are alot of expatriates so it’s not impossible that you might know someone over there.You can as well surf, visit monuments, see friends... it’s a very complete city!

Certainly the Casablancas must see is the great mosque, if you are in Casablanca you have to visit it. It’s very impressive.

I recommend one restaurant a traditionnal one, it's called La Sqala. There, you can eat Moroccan food in a pleasant atmoshere. It's also a short distance away the old Medina (where we liked to walk).

A little anecdote about the name of the city, Casablanca means white house in Spanish because at the beginning all the houses was white.

Our feeling: we have been impress by the city’s size and we have found the city’s atmosphere amazing, pleasant and attractive.

We can conclude that we will never forget this city...
